From the Canton Fair to the Factory Floor: Exploring Automated Production Lines in Action

Recently, Anhui Xinyida welcomed international clients we met at the Canton Fair for an on-site visit to one of our end users’ manufacturing facilities. The visit provided an opportunity to exchange technical insights and observe our equipment operating in a real production environment.

Previously, Xinyida had delivered and commissioned two large-scale automated production lines at this facility, supporting manufacturing processes in the liquid food equipment industry.

1. Large Dished Head Production Line

Designed for large dished head manufacturing, this integrated production line combines multiple processes to improve workflow efficiency and production coordination.

Key processes include:

• Automated plate welding

• Plate turning

• Weld seam rolling and leveling

• Robotic polishing

By integrating these processes into a coordinated production system, the line supports efficient material handling, weld seam treatment, and surface finishing for large dished heads.

2. Large Cylinder Production Line

The large cylinder production line integrates several essential manufacturing processes to support the production of cylindrical workpieces.

The line incorporates:

• Automated plate welding

• Plate rolling

• Surface polishing

• Plate bending

• Longitudinal seam welding

The coordinated arrangement of these processes helps streamline production operations and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.

Production Performance in Real-World Applications

With both automated production lines in operation, the facility has achieved a production capacity of more than 8 sets per day.

This result demonstrates the value of integrating multiple manufacturing processes into an automated production workflow. From welding and forming to weld seam leveling and surface finishing, each stage contributes to a more coordinated and efficient production process.

The on-site visit also provided an opportunity for technical discussions and a closer look at how automated equipment supports the customer's manufacturing requirements.
